Biography
Gloria's international path began in the HR department of the European Commission, in Brussels. That first experience allowed her to understand the complexity of human relationships within companies. She later developed her talents in the corporate sector in France and abroad, working in the textiles, renewable energy, and cosmetics segments. This experience enriched her view and comprehension of personnel issues in organizations. She coaches employees and teams in problem resolution and change management.
