Biography
Karolina is a certified executive coach & facilitator dedicated to helping individuals and teams thrive in their professional roles. With over 20 years experience working in and with organisations, she has developed in-depth practical knowledge of the issues faced by businesses and individuals evolving in an increasingly international complex market as well as the benefits to be drawn from it.
Fuelled by her experience, insight and curiosity, she accompanies managers, leaders, teams and organisations to unleash their potential, develop their competences and co-create collaborative and efficient working cultures.
Her multicultural background (half French, half Icelandic and grew up in England) and her experience as an expatriate (United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, UK and Kenya) have also given her a profound understanding of the challenges of adapting, interacting, negotiating and finding one’s place in a multicultural environment.
Education
Karolina holds a Masters in Business (ESC Grenoble), executive coaching certifications (Académie du Coaching, Institute of Leadership and Managment) and nourishes her practice with a systemic and relational approach she studied at Fabulous Systemic Learning.
She is bilingual and works fluently both in English and in French.
