Biography
20 years of management of international projects, management of multicultural teams, creation of activities within start-ups.
After having been in charge of the changeover to the euro at BNP, Muriel Ponsolle joined the American start-up Calypso Technology. At the time, in 2000, the company only had 10 people in the world: 4 in Paris and 6 in San Francisco. Today, Calypso has nearly 1,000 employees and offices on every continent, in every major city in the world, and is a leader in its financial software market. Muriel Ponsolle participated for a little over 10 years in the success of the company, notably by creating and managing the EMEA support team, the global product management team and by creating new offers (SaaS and Web).
Education
Muriel Ponsolle has lived in Paris, New York and Milan. She works in French and English. She graduated from Skema Business School, ICF Certified Coach PCC and followed the Leadership module from Stanford University (CA). She is certified Appreciative Inquiry and she is trained in Palo Alto Systemic and Strategic Approach.
