During her experiences in industry, in a transport company and then in medical research, Bénédicte has led management transformation policies for nearly 15 years, through HR marketing, training engineering or development programs for senior executives. She likes to promote synergies between the different businesses of an organization to allow employees to share a common culture. Coach since 2014, certified by the Paris Coaching School, she supports managers and their teams in developing their potential in the face of the changes they have to go through. Trained in transactional analysis and a strategic systems approach, she considers that emotions are essential to enable relational change.
