Olivier started his career in Atos then Schlumberger where he held several Sales and Marketing positions. From 2002 he has worked in Human Resources function within Gemalto, including 11 years on Vice President position in Business Unit. He has been based in France, Czech Republic and Finland. Olivier holds a coaching degree from the University of Pantheon – Assas in Paris, and then specialized in systemic strategic approach.
His firm belief is that each leader carries talents that can be further developed, for increased performance. It is by exploring its areas of strength and working on its current limitations that a leader will be able to optimize his leadership skills and practice. Very familiar with business realities, Olivier developed along his career a deep understanding of intercultural aspects. He has also been involved into numerous integration projects of acquired companies, which permitted him to build a solid background around change management.
