Diane is fortunate to have had a double educational background in both business (ESSEC) and psychology. International experience led her to work in the HR departments of multinational companies, such as PPR (currently Kering), in the HR Development department, and later LVMH, in Australia, where she was expatriated as HR Manager for the Oceania region. Upon her return to France, Diane became HR Director for Fnac.com before departing on an extended expatriation to Brazil, as HR Director for Societé Générale. Now a coach for over 7 years, Diane implements coaching on different intervention levels, integrating strategic reflection and HR management. She strives to improve management quality, enhance interpersonal relationships and preserve the personal dimensions of managers. She is supervised by Jacques-Antoine Malarewicz.
