Biography


After beginning her career in HR consulting at Entreprise & Personnel, Véronique held HR operational posts such as Recruitment and Career Director and HR Director at French companies (La Rochette paper group, Devoteam), and American companies (Dell, Microsoft), before returning to the consulting sector when she joined Wit Associates. She assists managers, executives, and management teams in fostering working relationships, particularly in stressful situations. Speaking both English and French, Véronique develops and designs training sessions on implementing change, managing conflict, and self-awareness. She is also interested in burnout prevention and has developed the expertise to assist companies in managing this phenomenon with their employees. She is co-author of the book, “Les clés du burn out: guide des bonnes pratiques en entreprise" (The Keys to Burnout: A Guide to Business Practices), published by Editions BoD.
