Team seminar
The client is a French industry with more than 1,000 employees. They contacted us during a period of strategic reorientation that was requested by its main shareholder. The director wanted to change the way their management committee operated.
Challenges
The management team, under pressure from both the main shareholder and strategic difficulties, were no longer able to work together and make effective decisions.
Our action
We offered support:
● to the director: individual coaching, relational diagnosis of their team, preparation of a seminar,
● for the management team: a work seminar on relationships, operational support during executive committee meetings,
● for each member of the executive committee: individual coaching to enable each member to consolidate long term changes in posture initiated during the seminar.
