Our client is an international pharmaceutical laboratory with approximately 100,000 employees, who’s organisation was in the process of global transformation.


Challenges
The HR Department asked us to support the members of the EXCO and managers in a process of transforming the managerial culture of the business, focusing on the accountability of managers and working on their managerial attitudes. The pandemic considerably accelerated the process of managerial transformation, reinforced by the now systematic use of working from home within the organisation.  

Our action
Implementation of the Everswing’s platform for individual employee coaching. The HR department chose two different processes, both exclusively remote solutions:
● to prevent psychosocial risks: 5 hours of coaching were assigned to each manager, that could be used freely whenever they were faced with a relational difficulty. They could connect to the platform and make an appointment with the coach of their choice.
● to support specific situations identified by the manager (i.e starting a new job, crisis management, change): implementation of a coaching contract with a number of sessions defined during a three-party interview to empower all actors.


Our added value
● Presentation of a team of senior coaches selected and briefed on the client's work environment and culture
● Tailoring the length of the coaching to each situation: from flash coaching to longer coaching periods
● Online platform for real-time monitoring of activities and development of support (quantity and topics covered).
● Project steering meeting to direct internal communication and warn of any early signs of psychosocial risks.

Our client is a CAC40 international company, in the luxury sector, with 20,000 employees who have to deal with the uncertainties created in particular by the development of new economic paradigms such as the digitalisation of services and changing professions.


Challenges
The company wanted to implement a process for developing managerial agility within complex systems in order to enable managers to carry and express the corporate culture of innovation, while also being strategic players in change.

Our action
We designed a tailor-made training course to create a collective dynamic of progress and common managerial references, characterised mainly by a shared sense of collaboration. The course included:
● a two-day launch seminar devoted to training on the systemic approach to management and change,
● half-day workshops, on co-development, relational influence training, and " art and management” workshops.

● A course that not only allows the ability to take a step back, but also the development of collaborations between group members and a change of posture in the long run.

Each of our courses is tailor-made, depending on the context and the needs of our clients. Our experience and our non-normative perspective allow us to offer you creative solutions adapted to your uniqueness. We support individual entrepreneurs, firms of 10 people, partners…

Our interventions are adapted to all the people who work together and who are in contact with each other : associates, management committees, project teams, logistics teams, etc…

It can take between 4 to 9 months from the first contact with the manager to when the support ends. We advise that leaders continue to support their teams beyond the key moment in the seminar to enable their team members to integrate the changes over time within their organisation: individual coaching and operational follow-up during work meetings... But please call us to discuss your needs and expectations!

Contact us! Each case is unique. We like to build our solutions that are adapted to your particular situation and we will take the time to consider different paths with you.

We know each of our coaches personally and have been able to observe them working before integrating them into our team. Beyond their diploma or certification, we are particularly attentive to 2 aspects:
- We ensure that they have a place of regular supervision and we ask them each year for a certificate from their supervisor.
- We ensure that they maintain their systemic skills and offer them training for this.

Before starting each solution with a client, we brief the team of referenced coaches on the context, the constraints and the specificities of the request. A referent partner meets with each of them on a monthly basis to identify any early warning signs and difficulties.
