Our client is an international pharmaceutical laboratory with approximately 100,000 employees, who’s organisation was in the process of global transformation.
Challenges
The HR Department asked us to support the members of the EXCO and managers in a process of transforming the managerial culture of the business, focusing on the accountability of managers and working on their managerial attitudes. The pandemic considerably accelerated the process of managerial transformation, reinforced by the now systematic use of working from home within the organisation.
Our action
Implementation of the Everswing’s platform for individual employee coaching. The HR department chose two different processes, both exclusively remote solutions:
● to prevent psychosocial risks: 5 hours of coaching were assigned to each manager, that could be used freely whenever they were faced with a relational difficulty. They could connect to the platform and make an appointment with the coach of their choice.
● to support specific situations identified by the manager (i.e starting a new job, crisis management, change): implementation of a coaching contract with a number of sessions defined during a three-party interview to empower all actors.

● Presentation of a team of senior coaches selected and briefed on the client's work environment and culture
● Tailoring the length of the coaching to each situation: from flash coaching to longer coaching periods
● Online platform for real-time monitoring of activities and development of support (quantity and topics covered).
● Project steering meeting to direct internal communication and warn of any early signs of psychosocial risks.
