Fabulous Systemic Learning is Everswing's training
school.
Its objective is to introduce the business world to the richness of the systemic approach and in particular
the strategic approach of the Palo Alto school to help the wellbeing of organisations.
FSL is directed at:
● executives and managers wishing to discover original and effective ways of solving their managerial and
organisational problems.
● professionals involved in companies (coaches, mediators, consultants, etc.) in order to offer their clients
efficient interventions on the development of organisations and the improvement of human
relationships.
Fabulous Systemic Learning offers:
● certification courses to become a systemic coach in one’s field of intervention.
● specific training courses for managers and directors.
● short training courses in various systemic tools to support employees and organisations.
● practice supervision centres to support the professionalisation of the systemic approach.
Our two main coaches, Arnaud
Bornens and Nicolas Mathieu, are the founders of Everswing. They
are passionate about the challenges of change in relationships and organisations. Their passion leads them to
teach the systemic approach to change at different universities (Sorbonne, Sainte Anne, Paris 8) and to
supervise the work of relationship professionals (coaches, therapists, marriage counsellors, mediators, HR
professionals, etc.) Both take part in the research work developed by the “Clinique du Travail" in partnership
with the Mental Research Institute of Palo Alto and the Arezzo School of Giorgio Nardone.
In parallel to their activities as coaches and therapists, they write sketches relating to their profession
which they perform at their conferences. They are also the authors of a reference work on the Palo Alto
systemic approach : “La logique de l’acouphène” (a short thesis on relational development).
