“An identity is not given once and for all, it is built and transformed throughout life”
Amin Maalouf
At Everswing, we share 3 main working principles: a non-normative perspective, ethics of accountability, and excellence through efficiency. But more than anything, it is the interactions with our clients that shape our methods of action in order to best meet their expectations. For us, each situation is unique and requires a capacity to adapt and innovate in every intervention.
It all started when Arnaud and Nicolas met while co-hosting at a congress. A professional complicity and a
complementarity style of intervention emerged and while supporting teams and organisations over the years
they have perfected their methods of intervention around the systemic approach.
With the arrival of Bénédicte we formalised our business to offer our clients a complete range of
tailor-made support, and a network of experts recognised for the precision and efficiency of their
interventions.
For nearly 20 years, Arnaud has supported managers and operational staff in the key moments of their leadership roles. Starting out as a lawyer before becoming an HR Manager in the industrial sector, he led numerous restructurings which led him to specialise in individual and team coaching to help not only managers to find the right attitude but also their teams to develop effective practices.
In 2008, he created the company Discerto which, in addition to individual and team coaching, also develops innovative support processes (HR Power, Art and management...) In 2018 he co-founded Everswing, a firm specialising in relational problem solving and innovation within organisations. A specialist in the strategic systemic approach within organisations, he uses his skills to help his clients solve relationship problems that stem from a lack of motivation and performance. He teaches the systemic approach to change on the HR Master’s course at the Sorbonne and to relationship professionals. For 7 years, he taught coaching at the Académie du Coaching, from where he obtained his certification. He is a coach supervisor.
